Chef Scott Tycer - Widely acclaimed Chef Tycer, a native Houstonian, holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from University of Texas at Austin and graduated at the top of his class from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. Notably, he served as Executive Sous Chef at Wolfgang Puck's Spago in Palo Alto, California. Chef Tycer is known throughout the Houston restaurant circuit, having been associated with Benjy's, the Ritz Carlton and Aries Restaurant.
